Instructions

For aquariums please insert tabs as deep as you can in the substrate next to plant roots. Replace every 4-6 months or as needed. In order to avoid sudden ammonia spikes the plant food should not come in direct contact with water, that's where the capsules come in to play. They will separate plant food from water for a short time before they melt but long enough to allow you to bury them deep in the substrate. Use one tab every 6 or more inches. If you notice any food plant coming out of the substrate please remove from the tank. I personally use these tabs in my fish / shrimp tanks with no issues.
