Commercial Shipping

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $400 or more going to a commercial location, your order ships FREE! (Additional fee for orders shipping to a residential location)

No free freight items do not count toward the free freight total and are charged freight accordingly.

Residential Shipping

Due to the high cost of residential shipping we only offer a discounted rate that is added to the final invoice prior to shipping.

LTL Freight Shipments

Pallet orders can combine free freight and no free freight items. We apply a freight discount based on order total excluding shipping charges to minimize freight cost for our dealers. Please call or email for more information.

Frozen Shipments

Frozen orders do not qualify for free shipping, flat per box fee will be added at shipping based on number of shipping boxes. Minimum order of $500 of frozen food required for flat per box shipping rate, otherwise full shipping charged. Please call or email for more information.

Returns

Returns must be requested and pre-approved over e-mail to the [email protected] address within 30 days of the original order. The following information must be included:

1) Order date and invoice #
2) Items to be returned
3) Reason for the return
4) Confirmation that the product hasn't been opened and has original packaging

Once approved, the following conditions will apply to the return ...

1) Package must be shipped back at your expense within 7 days of confirmation.
2) We will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover costs that were incurred with original sale.
3) If free freight was included in the order, we will charge back that portion of the freight.
4) Credits for the returned merchandise will be a ReefH2O credit. Credit Card refunds must be requested, reviewed and approved prior.
